What is RahatBina?
RahatBina is an online platform for paying monthly apartment service fees and managing residential buildings. It consists of a mobile app and a computer version.
Who is the platform for?
For housing construction cooperatives (MTK), companies that manage residential buildings and complexes, and the apartment owners who live there.
Is there a commission on online payments?
No. Invoices are paid online from the personal account, or in cash via terminals, without any commission.
Can we connect our existing accounting software?
Yes. Existing software (1C, etc.) is integrated into the RahatBina platform. We have also successfully integrated the COINS and Remart PRO ERP systems.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The platform offers an iOS and Android app personalised with the managing company’s logo and design, as well as a computer version.
Which support channels are available?
E-mails are answered immediately and a 24/7 hotline handles urgent questions. We also organise trainings and individual consultations.
