Is there a commission on online payments?
No. Invoices are paid online from the personal account, or in cash via terminals, without any commission.
Can invoices be paid in instalments?
Yes. Owners can pay invoices in instalments and top up their personal account balance. Every payment is archived, and electronic receipts can be tracked and printed.
Can we connect our existing accounting software?
Yes. Existing software (1C, etc.) is integrated into the RahatBina platform. We have also successfully integrated the COINS and Remart PRO ERP systems.
How are residents notified?
Announcements are published in the app and delivered by SMS and e-mail. Residents with debts receive automatic SMS reminders, and you can set when they are sent.
